"Made an appointment for 7pm. Walked in a 6:50 to see two stylists but who were busy. One with a perm and the other for braids, both which take some time. During a break for the one getting braids I was told they would wash my hair for the time being. Had conditioner put in my hair and was told it would sit while they were finishing up the braids. It “sat” with my neck on the uncomfortable bowl for over 20 minutes..Then when the woman getting a perm had to let it process the other stylists took someone else versus rinsing me out real quick so I could atleast sit up."

I wish I had a before picture…however I haven’t had a trim in over a year but she did exactly what I requested and was able to trim off some of the dead/split ends while allowing me to keep my length.
