"I have been a loyal customer of this shop for almost 3 years. However, I am extremely displeased with the service rendered recently. The technician (Timmy) was completely disengaged and distracted during my entire service. As soon as I sat in his chair, he began to divulge his personal business to me. He used very vulgar and descriptive language even after he saw that I wasn’t engaging. He stopped to text and make personal calls over 10 times in an hour and a half. He made several errors because of his distractions and I am extremely displeased. I didn’t receive the 10 minute foot massage (which I really needed as en expectant mother and that came with my pedicure, he kept asking me whether he’d put the top coat on my nails or not, I had to remind him of a few different things (that I wanted a design on a couple of my fingers, that I was also receiving two additional services), he put the wrong color on my toes initially, and these are only a few issues. This was just an overall awful experience and I’m absolutely disgusted. My monthly services are well over $120 and I don’t think I should’ve paid half of that. Nonetheless, being the good person I am I paid it and still left a tip. However, due to his unprofessionalism and my extreme dissatisfaction with services rendered, I will be finding a new nail tech and establishment to service me in the future."

"I am super picky about salons and especially nail salons. This place does great work. I got both my and my daughters nails done here by the same woman, her name is Helen, and she is fantastic. I also got a pedicure by a girl name Trish and she did an amazing job as well. We will definitely be going back. Just to note, they don’t accept tips by credit card but both of the ladies who did my nails were able to accept tips via Venmo, which was super convenient."
