"I want to say how impressed I am with Dee at the AutoZone store at 15930 Hull Street Rd. He went above and beyond to help me with my truck. My truck was not starting, he tested the battery and determined it was bad. He then helped us in the store purchase a battery, take the old one out and put the new one in. The truck still did not start but he didn't give up on us. It was the starter going bad. We worked together to get it started so at least I wouldn't have to get it towed. Thank you, Dee, for not just being an employee but being someone who helps others in their time of need. Thats is what it is all about!"

"Excellent above-and-beyond service today! Tommy was excellent, helping me problem solve what was going on with my finicky car; I came by the shop three times over the course of 2 hours with questions and each time, he immediately jumped up to help me with a smile on his face. He even crawled under my car, which had a horrific oil leak (I would say that’s truly going above and beyond). Whatever they are paying him, it isn’t enough!"
"Who : AUTOZONE ROCKS!!!! However, I must share my experience of Excellence!!!!!!!!! that Hull Street AUTOZONE demonstrates. I have experienced Impeccable customer service; from Upper tier Management to staff. I will not share every detail in fear of an overwhelming customer expectation. Problem : Advanced went through great lengths to hide the number upper-mang. and provided conflicting information .. One store gave me two numbers ,however they gave me AUTO ZONES District manager. I spoke to gentleman about the my issue, only to learn that I reached the Right Persons. Wrong Store! Eventually, I reached the Advance district Mang.Tim who also seemed a bit rude and seemed to forget that i'm a customer offered practically nothing, kept defending his employees and repeated where his number was located at the store . I asked if the numbers and names is visually displayed and readily available ,then please why did I have leave two stores ,and to call multiple stores that claimed they did not know either of AUTOZONE'S District or Regional mang.number. I shared how insulted purposely given the wrong number to another business, the wrong name and number several times. I explained my disappointment with Advance Auto associates to Advance Auto District Manager Tim, he was not any better. I asked if he thought that was acceptable practice.I received the same asinine response. When I further requested the Regional Manger's information, Tim stated that he could not give me the number to his Regional Manager. Tim stated that," I had to call customer service in which he provided, Then it would be directed back to himself , and THEN he would forward to his Regional Manager. Tim was certain the Regional Manager, was going to give me the same answer..... He should have said MIS treatment, and Lacking Customer Service! Problem Solved, : On one of my attempts, to reach managers at Advance Auto ,I was given AUTOZONE'S District Managers number by an Advanced Auto staff member….. 2 Words Thank GOD!!!!! Initially I reached to the District Manger Elliot of AUTOZONE…who was about to enter a meeting with the Regional Manager… He shared that he , his Manger “Vet “and associate .”Deed “was trying to assist an Advanced Auto customer with an issue. The Regional Manger response was ,"another one". The district manager called me back ,He apologize for my unfortunate circumstances , He OFFERED A SOLUTION and SOLVED MY ISSUE !!!!!!!!!!!! . Advanced Auto's only solution was to offer me practically nothing ! AUTOZONE adapted the philosophy “TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER ” They truly did!!!! AUTOZONE should re- brand themselves let me share... How: The manger " VET "truly understand the true meaning of customer service. After all the lack of customer service from Advance Auto triggered my migraines to flare up to causing nausea. I could barely speak without feeling the nausea to surface. AUTOZONE 'S District manager took the time to offer compassion and waited patiently , until i could be well enough to have a conversation about how AUTOZONE would assist me.AUTOZONE'S Manager VET was a wealth of information. I was treated with the highest level of respect and VALUED CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was scheduled to come at a time so they could assist me .I was unable to meet that time. I felt awful and spoke to another one of AUTOZONE'S member DEED I shared my dilemma to meet at such time. Deed he was equally compassionate, professional ,aware and informed of the situation. The manger VET was at lunch when I arrived . However, It was Clear that my situation was communicated with AUTOZONE'S associates. They was was also friendly , and treated me with the same value. Before,I left the store I had the opportunity to put a face with the friendly voice "VET" who greeted me with kindness, over looked the transaction and issued me a warranty.. I will travel past my home to visit AUTOZONE who VALUES MY BUSINESS !!!!!! THANK YOU AUTO ZONE !!!!!!!!! My Best,"
"I had an issue with one of the employees Ed - I realize we all have bad days and hope Ed has a better one. I spoke with the manager who was very nice and said he would address the issue. I trust he will do so - Main was very helpful and did and great job defusing the situation. I strongly recommend he be next in line for promotion because he is an excellent addition to have for your company. He can clearly stay professional and help your customers in need. Thank you."
