"This is has to be the worst Walgreens in the area. The pharmacy is always unexpectedly closed and shortening its hours. The store itself has boxes everywhere, the shelves are never stocked, several products I’ve purchased here have been damaged. This place just a mess and I would rather drive 20 minutes out of the way then waste my time here."
"This store is a huge hot mess. The pharmacy has gone so downhill it has imploded on itself. Every single time I try to buy or order something from this store, there is an issue. I had a problem for months on end filling my ADHD medication (Walgreens has it out for anyone on stimulants and they will try their best not to fill your medication), to the extent that the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription 24 hours early (for no reason), tried to lie and say that I fill my medication a week early every month (I don’t) and then tried to withhold half of my pill count illegally while still marking it as filled (marked it as a 90 count when they only put in 50 pills). I believe this was targeted discrimination, and it seems they are trying to steal stimulant medication under the table. The store manager had to step in to ensure I received my medication. This was after there being a huge problem every single month for a year filling my meds to the point I’d have to go without and be unable to work until they filled it. I have since transferred all of my medications to a new pharmacy and have vowed never to use Walgreens again. The new pharmacy is wonderful and fills my prescriptions with no issue every month. The photo department is also a hot mess. Any document or photo you order does not get made until you physically go into the store. There’s always an issue. I placed an order 5 days ago for two small canvas prints that were supposed to be delivered to my home today - they haven’t even started making them, and now their phone is out of service so I can’t reach anyone on staff. HOT MESS. Go elsewhere to save your time + energy."
"Arrived at 3:30 for a vaccine appointment. The clerk turned me away from the consultation desk and directed me to wait in line with prescription pickup, after I said I have an appointment for vaccination. At 3:45 when I reached the front of the line, same clerk said she didn't know my appointment was at 3:30, and when I answered that my insurance company doesn't give physical cards and offered to email or show her a digital one, she sighed/walked away without signing me in. Another clerk picked up where she left off, getting my insurance and eventually handing me paperwork I had already completed online. I did tell her I'd already signed the consent, and she said it was incomplete and would be faster to fill it out again. 4pm I finally sit down with a pharmacist who joined the team this year and doesn't seem to know what's going on with staff passing upset customers around from one to another, not actually responding to or resolving much in the half hour I've been here. He asked me to stick around 15 minutes to see if I had a reaction. Frankly, would have had time for that if anything at all had gone as it was supposed to. IDK if they're in the process of moving or this level of clutter and disorganization is normal."
"This pharmacy has been in steady decline for a few years. They have retention problems with Pharmacist I assume and staffing issues. Walgreens as a whole seems destined for Chapter 11. Trying to convince my family ro switch to @CVS like I did."
"Absolutely horrible service and complete waste of time. Staff have no idea how to use their computer system. I keep being told that insurance won't fill a prescription for a week now only to find out it's because they are submitting the quantity incorrectly per insurance guidelines. I would have figured they would be able to fill a partial prescription considering their policy of filling all scripts for 30 days only. Absolutely ridiculous."
