"I hate this place with a passion after what they did to my hair. Firstly, I asked for MAYBE 2 inches off. Comparing my hair (basically a bob after her horrendous work) to my hair before, she cut off a good 6 inches from the bottom. Secondly, the people here are incredibly rude and impatient. She said my hair looked horrible before, which was just unnecessary. Honestly the people here need to do better because they just do whatever they want to your hair. They are INCAPABLE of listening to the actual client themselves. I am tired of walking out of this chain with hair thag is 5+ inches shorter than I wanted. Let me clear, the technique itself was not bad. The haircut was fine, but it was NOT what I wanted. I asked for an inch off my face framing bits— I basically have bangs now. I am disappointed because I wanted to retain my length which did not happen in any capacity whatsoever."

"This place has gone way down - the last two visits were not good because we had two stylists that were obviously brand new and not confident in what they were doing. When I had my cut done, my stylist kept asking a more experienced stylist to help - which she did. This happened at least twice. Then, we went the other day to get my son a haircut, and we had someone new - and had to keep telling her to keep going shorter on the top. At least the staff were nice and had a good attitude, but that doesn't make up for what we are there for - good haircuts. I won't be going back - there are too many other options in the area, and things are expensive enough as it is."
