"I used to like this place but they're not consistent on quality service and hygiene practice. The last couple times, including today, I got a different person threading and just couldn't seem to get the right shape. They didnt clean up after threading so you're walking around with hair bits on your face, no trimming to shape, and they didnt sanitize hands or seat between customers anymore."
