"My husband and I brought my 11yr old grandson there today to purchase shoes when we came in there was a young man talking to a young lady and didn't acknowledge us as customers so then I asked if someone could measure his foot after a minute this guy did so when I asked for the two pair he liked to purchase he brought them out like he had an attitude I then asked him to let me try the shoes on him he got mad and said they already know his size so why try them on he then said to the other employees I'm ready to go what time is it and the other guy said try Tyson corner store and the girl made a real smart aleck remark so we exited the store"

"I shop all of the time. One of my pet peeves is when I enter a store and the employees are talking amongst themselves and they do not acknowledge you. Finally, when I ask a question I feel like I’m bothering them."

"Alissa was very helpful to us!!! Was looking for Air Force 1 Shadow shoes all white and found our they’re out of stock. So when were about to leave the store, (like literally on the exit door). She asked if I would consider the Airforce 1 for kids. But the sizes are just too small for me. So she went to their computer and searched for any possible availability in the area. Since there’s none, she offered us online purchase and PRO ACTIVELY applied our military discount. I just love how pro-active she is!! She is very energetic , helpful , friendly and very kind!
