"I really like WHBM. They have good quality and stylish clothes. I always find what I'm looking for there. The staff is really nice and very helpful. This is the only location in Hampton Roads. I hope they don't leave the mall like the other stores have."
"I love WHBM! This Norfolk location is the first one I ever shopped in and I remember just loving the experience here - where the associates were so nice and loved to help you shop and make suggestions. The clothing here is very classy and well-made. It looks tailored and high-end. When I started my professional job I came and bought a ton of black work pants and blazers to wear as well as nice dresses and blouses. I love their jeans and denim and they also sell swim online and some beautiful accessories like bags, jewelry and shoes and belts. Friendly staff and gorgeous styles. Probably 90% of my wardrobe."
"This was typically my go to store; however, the past months I’ve been shopping elsewhere. The quality of clothes does not warrant the prices. I just had to return a top today that was torn after I washed it for the first time (was washed accordingly to the instructions). Customer Service has remained great for me and was able to return for a refund. It’s just disappointing when when spend good money on clothing and the material seems to only last one season if you’re lucky. Especially pants, I’m finding that the colors fade quickly and begin pilling after a few washes."
