"Service is not as good as it used to be. You can't make a payment there. You have to go through the individual insurance company. They cut jobs, but the premiums keep going up. It's hard to find out the balance of your account. You are only an account and not a person there anymore."

Her smarmy tone and nasty attitude was already an indicator that they do not want or value your business and her stank self never bothered calling back with the quote I requested. Someone at this wretched location clearly checks these reviews since they responded to at least another potential customer they ghosted, so client beware. This location blows."
