"01/02/2023 to get my 3 year old a pair of shoes and i asked the manager Dakota if he had any shoes in my kid size which was a size 9c he proceeded to tell me no , so i got some socks and went to check out the girl at the register i forgot her name but very sweet girl she tells me that they can actually check for some shoes and she did and to my eyes they brought 3 different pairs from the back size 9c . While in the middle of picking which one Dakota came to the front and started slamming things around and staring at the girl at the register with an attitude."

"I came in to make a return that was a gift from a friend so I did not have a receipt. I asked for a store credit because I did not have time to shop around today. I was told by Rayanna that I could only do an even exchange for my return and I could not have a merchandise credit. I exited the store and called customer service and referenced the website for the return policy. This was a lie. Customer service told me that I could get a store credit for a return without a receipt. I went back into the store and asked why they did not allow me to do this before and she said "we aren't really supposed to do merchandise credits without a receipt." This seems very suspicious considering the company policy states that they can. I informed them of this and Rayanna eventually did process the merchandise credit, but very clearly did this begrudgingly. I don't know if this store is refusing returns without a receipt because they do not want to take the hit in sales or if it's just a policy they have decided to create themselves but this is damaging to your brand as I know this is a high volume store. I suggest a district manager or higher follow up with this store and remind them they are not a franchised store that can make up their own rules. They need to follow the policies set forth by the company to provide a cohesive experience to their customers no matter what store they shop in. I do not appreciate an attempt to be hustled into an even exchange. I spend a lot of money at Vans and this was extremely discouraging. I definitely will not be shopping at this location again if I decided to ever shop this brand again."

"Been going to the Vans outlet since they opened. Love their buy one get one half off or up to 70% I've seen. Just got two pairs of shoes, two long sleeve shirts and two sets of no snow socks for under $200. One of my pairs of shoes was $17.99 with the 70% off. I always find variety in my size. Love, love, love this store. I am so glad they opened a Prime Outlet in Norfolk, having to go to Williamsburg was a pain sometimes. Prime Outlets are the absolute best IMO!!!!"

"Came in the day before school started and was still able to find my daughter 2 pairs of shoes. The lines were long but they moved very fast. The employees had everything running smoothly."
