"I had an awful experience with the service department at Flow in Charlottesville. We had an issue with a fan in our Jetta, and we took it in for a quote. The service manager quoted my wife over $1,200. It didn't sound right, so when I called back he Immediately dropped the price by $200 and said it was only $1k. No matter how many times I asked, he would not provide an itemized quote breaking down the parts and service costs. We took the car to another dealership, and they charged $300 total. $110 for the parts, and the rest service. Awful experience at Flow, and we will never buy a car from them!"
"Just yikes"
"Wouldn't help me at all even though it was obvious that the issue was a design flaw by Volkswagen."
"Great friendly service!"
"Brought car in for suspicion of Limp Mode, but had no CEL. Had them do wastegate adaptation on new turbo, and car still made no power. It took about 1.5 weeks for us to come to a solution, and it just happened to be a plastic bag in my inlet pipe. I understand that’s not a normal occurrence, and my car has aftermarket parts on it, but how did it take us 1.5 weeks to check there? I was out of a car for nearly 2 weeks, no loaner or anything offered. They claimed to took 8 labor hours, and they cut me a deal on it, but still paid $450 to essentially remove a plastic bag. Car was also returned with downpipe completely unattached from rest of the exhaust, and I have 0 idea how the techs didn’t realize it. Car was ungodly loud, and terrible vibrations. I had to bring it to another shop the same day to get it put back on. Jason was great to deal with, he had lots of communication with me, and was overall an awesome guy, but disappointed in the time it took, and how car was returned. Most likely will not return."
