"DO NOT GO! SCAMMERS I went to go get my Mustang Mach E serviced. It is a 20k mile service and all that service includes is a tire rotation and a cabin airfilter change(optional). So the only thing that was necessary was the tire rotation, which to dumb down is removing the tires and rotating them. For this service, it was only $115 at the ford dealership I ended up going too. Guess what this dealership had the audacity to ask for $550. This is absurd, for a Mustang Mache, this car is fully electric and has no engine. I am young and this may not be true but I believe I was profiled and looked at and seen as someone they could take advantage of. I own a rental car company and service vehicles daily so this is nothing new, my mustang gt only costed $130 for the same service and included an oil change. When I pointed out the fact that this service was absurdly overpriced the man next to the woman who was helping me nodded his head and acted like $140 for a tire rotation and cabin air filter change is crazy. I also came in and was looking for help and the female advisor who was helping me kept saying "who hired these girls" referring to the people who let me come in. This did not bother me as much since I know I came close to closing, but I discussed this over the phone. None the less when I came the advisor treated as if me bringing my car to service at there department was am problem. It seemed as if the service advisors dont want any business and these are the people that represent Ted Britt. Overall I have had some bad experiences with business but none have ever been able to push me off the edge to write a 1 star review. As a business owner who knows what reviews can do I am writing this infuriated. Its unfortunate that they profiled for me being young and naive, I own 3 mustangs and continue to buy and sell cars on a daily basis. This establishment will never see my money and I hope all future customers tread water carefully as they are con artists."

"I had a check engine light come on and called to request a service appointment. I was told my truck could be seen but that it would need to stay there for 3-4 days. I afford to bring it on a later date and the receptionist said it would still need to stay for 3-4 days. I ended up going to a different Ford dealership that had a more reasonable service schedule."

"I had a coupon for their winter service, which was a bargain. Fast service while I waited. KEVIN BEASLEY, the service advisor, got my car inspected during this time. He thankfully didn't try to sell me some flush job or other up-sale job. That's a blessing."
