He told me where I was in line. After inspecting he called and told me the issue the options and the price. Shortly after he said it’s ready. He was professional, proficient and great conversation. "Be careful; employees have changed & the integrity is not the same. One of their mechanics recently let my sister's car sit for a week without repair or diagnosis. He later explained that he didn't want to work in the cold. While having it towed to another business, the mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue: a new radiator & a few other things for $1900. Subsequent mechanic, several flushes & a thermostat and she's good as new. I miss Craig Sr. and Sharon. The business is not BBB accredited."
