"Purchased a battery from here in October 2022 for a 91' Cadillac Brougham, a gift vehicle for my mother in Alabama. She called today saying that the battery was bad after she took it to Advance Auto in Alabama. The Advance Auto in Alabama said I need to contact this Advance Auto so I can get the barcode number so my mother can redeem the warranty on the battery. I gave this Advance Auto my information and they couldn't find the purchase anywhere. The lady then replied that whomever checked me out that day, did not put in my information into their system meaning I can't get the warranty. This is complete neglect on their behalf and for her to openly say one of their workers messed up, they still did not try to help. I even offered my bank statement for the purchase and that still not enough. This review is definitely worth zero stars which I wish I could give."

"I visited this location a few weeks ago and purchased a new battery for my car. Huge shout out to Reggie who greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I told him what was going on with my car and he immediately showed interest in getting it fixed. While he changed my battery, he gave me a wealth of knowledge on my car and life expectancy on certain parts of my car which was a bonus. His urgency to help me was genuine! Thanks again Reggie!"
