"This may sound odd considering I’m reviewing my experience at a car mechanic, but I had a great experience. Geoff, who runs the front side of the house, was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. His unwavering energy and personal approach to dealing with customers is something for others to emulate. When I walked in, the waiting room was packed with eager customers. I had assumed I’d be here all day, but Geoff assured me that my truck would be on a lift in an hour to an hour and a half. Of course I assumed the worst! Like clockwork, my vehicle was looked at and diagnosed in about an hour and 15 minutes. The cost of my repair was discussed and the price was more than fair. I was even tipped off about a coupon online that would help my situation. To say the least I was highly impressed! I wouldn’t only suggest this establishment to friends and coworkers, I would insist on it! I don’t often take the time to write reviews but Big Al’s on Military Highway without a doubt deserves the Atta Boy!
