"I’m new to the area and was referred by a friend to come to this practice. It would have been nice to be told they were out of network when I called and I understand that it’s posted online now that I have had the chance to look them up. But a heads up, is what I used to do for all my patients…shame that not every practice is the same. In addition to the lack of communication, the service I got was rushed. Instead of getting me numb and waiting for the medication to set in ,or even check that I was numb ,the dentist went straight to grinding away. I felt sensitivity multiple times and the dentist worked around the area only asking if I could still feel it as if she could just stop and go until it subsided… instead of offering to use more numbing medication. I won’t be returning, just waiting for the bill. Shame on me for not doing more research and shame on the practice for their lack of bedside manner and communication."

"The friendliness and knowledge of the staff was amazing. The dentist and dental assistant was absolutely amazing with my son who was getting his 1st ever cavity filled. The staff at check-in greeted me with a smile and I waited in the waiting area maybe 5 mins before being called back. I had a staff member who worked with me on getting my other kids transferred over to this office while my son was getting his stuff done and she knew exactly what she was doing - made appointments that worked for my schedule. When I checked out the staff member was quick, efficient and made sure I knew what to expect financially when I brought my other child in for dental work. Very pleased from the time I walked in until I walked out."
