"I took my child to pediatric dentist Dr. Liz [Dr. Elizabeth Hering, DDS] of Konikoff Dental Associates Battlefield Boulevard--but through Dr. Liz, I had the blessing of meeting Marie, the Office Manager of Konikoff Dental Associates Lynnhaven. Because my child has dental anxiety and a STRONG gag reflex, my poor child just cannot tolerate medicine, the dental procedure was just not possible in office. Ultimately, Dr. Liz performed the dental procedure in a local children's hospital's surgical suite--and it was a SUCCESS! The hardest part of the whole process was getting our insurance to approve it--but that is another story. I have to give a SHOUT OUT of PRAISE to Marie (the Office Manager of Konikoff Dental Associates Lynnhaven). Marie is awesome!!!!!!! She worked so hard, putting in so many hours, in order to help me communicate with my medical insurance regarding the in-surgical suite general anesthesia (as my insurance initially kept denying it). Thank you, Marie!! You really saved the day!!!!! You have won my gratitude and admiration. Because of Marie's dedication, my child was able to get the dental treatment needed!"

"I literally cannot say enough about this office. Everyone is great, consistently. The atmosphere is so cozy, all three of my kids enjoy coming to their appointments. The office manager, Marie, went way above and beyond to help me and my youngest. He needed a pre-op physical and I was having the hardest time finding someone to get him in. She empathized, helped me call around and even came through on her day off to assist. She genuinely cares about her patients. Between her professionalism, kindness, calm demeanor and awesome personality, she is the BEST person to run that office. Also, Dr. Vanessa is great! She is always very personable and friendly.
