"I had been going here a couple years and liked it. Mendelsohn was good. Recently it has been worse though. They cancelled my appointment, then Rescheduled it, then asked me to come in an hour early the day before. I came in an hour early only to wait an hour to be seen. The dentist was new a Dr Patel. She complained that she couldn’t find the Dental assistant, and left me laying awkwardly in the chair for 10-15 min. When she came back she dug into my gums so hard with a metal spike that I said: “ow! Hey! I’ve never had a cleaning hurt like this!” Instead of apologizing she said “well your gums look damaged, like you might be doing it too hard at home as well.” I probably should have left then. But she was gentler, but kept the bad attitude “well you probably got hurt because you flinched and jumped like that.” No, I’m pretty sure you flinch and jump when youre hurt as a reaction. Finally, she couldn’t find the Technition/assistant again so polished my teeth in a 1 minute polish that is worse than the job I do on my most hurried day when I brush fast and race out the door. Really an apology would have gone a long way. On the way out, they claimed there was a back bill, with a previous balance owed. Which is odd bc I always pay as I leave. I’ll be looking for a new dentist."

"CONSTANTLY CANCELING. Been going there over 20 years with 5 sons and my husband. Lately this place is chaos, completely unorganized. I made my son and I appointment 8 months ago and they just canceled AGAIN. Completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and tie a string around your own tooth and pull it out yourself. If it was possible I would give them negative stars."

"The worst dental clinic ever! I filed out two of my teeth and each cost me over 800$, they both are hurting. Then, I went back to take care of them, the manager said that I had to pay all over again to get relief from the pain."

"After having several appointments canceled for 1-3 members of my family, most the day of or even when we were pulling in the office parking lot, I decided to go to a new office. I went in, called their office and even had the new office request my record forwarded. They always told me they were going to send them. They never did. I know it was out of spite as the entire front office argued with each other and were rude to most patients. If you can go to another office do it. The place is dirty and dentists/ staff rotate through there so often, IF you actually get seen, there is no consistency in care. There was one office staff that was nice and understood my frustration of taking off work, pulling kids from school only to have our appointments canceled. However, she told me to my face she would send over my records and ultimately cost me $400 in X-rays for my kids. I don’t believe anyone in this office cares to build community or even cares if the place remains open."

"I can not rave enough about my dental practice- they are phenomenal from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and of course the dentists. My very first appointment was very thorough and a specific treatment plan for me was established so that I knew what needed addressing and when. I have seen Dr. Mendelshon, Dr. Clark and Dr. Choi - Dr. Choi is my favorite. He is young, funny and very gentle when working on my mouth and I’ve had some pretty difficult work done. Jasmine is my girl- she is his assistant and her sweet and calm nature is always a comfort. Jada and Tammy- the front office staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure my appointments, insurance and billing are accurate and explained thoroughly, always professional, pleasant and happy to help. I have had ZERO issues over the last year with any aspect of my care- they feel like family when I go in and I think that’s really important with any type of healthcare. Can not say enough great things about them- and they take my insurance which I called over 40 dental practices last summer to find a practice that does. They are a busy practice but the staff really goes out of their way to accommodate my needs. I definitely recommend them to family & friends"
