"This dentist office has really gone downhill since Dr Karp retired. The girls at the front desk are nice but the dental hygienists are always coming and going. Dr fields herself is very rude and lacks bedside manner. She also doesn’t take her time to explain the process to you and very rarely speaks to you directly even though she’s literally in the same room as you. Never seen anything like it before in my life. Will be moving to a new dentist"
