"I deleted my previous five star review to give them a new five star review - and it's the only place I have ever done this for! I cannot say enough about Mr T and Carrie. Wonderful people and equally wonderful service. I do the vast majority of my own vehicle repair, but thinking through a vibration I was getting in my front end led me to believe I needed a ball joint. Mr T completely inspected and tested my entire suspension front to back and he determined that I needed a tie rod end, and also front strut mounts. While he was looking it over, he found that one of my tires had a bubble on the inner sidewall. I never would've known that. They were able to get the tie rod delivered to the shop and have it replaced that day! I work in Williamsburg and live an hour away, so this was the best case scenario. They ordered a new tire for me and kept my wheel at the shop for when it arrived the very next day. I then picked it up. Also, Carrie reprogrammed a TPMS sensor for me that I could never have stay off when any other shop tried to reconcile the error. This was above and beyond and I really appreciated it!"
