"Absolutely the worst prep work on rusted metal I've ever seen."
"Place looks abandoned. Couple of junk cars out front, no one inside and counted 9 cats in front of the main building. The frame you see in the pic's is there but covered in dust, and there are boxes haphazardly place through the part of the inside of the building that you can see. Been by there 3 times in the last 14 months hoping things would change cause I could use the help with my Vette but no luck."
