"I have been here a couple times, and normally the service is great. I love the selection of clothing, everything is perfect. However, today I brought in my son, who is 4 years old and Autistic. He is what we call an eloper. This means that he tends to run or not stay close to me. The woman at the register was very annoyed by this, and instead of showing me kindness and understanding she was cold and rude. After this experience I do not recommend bring children who are neuro-divergent to this establishment. There are some people who do not understand that disabilities come in all forms, and my child shouldn't have to wear a sticker for people to be kind and understanding."

As a shopper I can always find something that suits my needs- from clothing, toys, and books to even adorable stuffed animals. The changes in the store since Rebecca took over have made the atmosphere and overall experience much more pleasant. So happy to have this as a go-to shop in Norfolk!"

The staff is personable and gave great ideas of gifts including games, puzzles, stuffed animals, trucks toys and books. "This place is amazing! They put together the most beautiful custom new baby gift box for me for a baby shower gift! I told them the nursery colors and theme and they picked out all these amazing items, packaged it up and shipped it to my friend! It was so easy, I never even had to step foot in the store, they did it all over the phone. They even sent me a picture of everything all packaged up! I highly recommend the White Rabbit to anyone, their customer service is fantastic! This is now my go to baby gift place."
