"This place has a lot of potential but it was a solid miss tonight. I had a 5pm reservation and was promptly seated and provided water. That was about the highlight of the service for the night. It took nearly 15 mins for a waiter to arrive and take our drink/appetizer orders. Note that my reservation was for 5pm which is when they open so you can’t blame a busy night for the delay. Drinks and app came out. Drinks were great and the app was mediocre at best. We then ordered our entrees and both came out at room temp after about 45mins. I ordered the steak medium but cut into a cold rare steak. So I sent it back and of course had to wait forever for another. I had a show to get to at 7pm nearby and it was already 6:30 so I had them just box the new entree up which looked like dog food. They provided a complimentary dessert for the wait so my meal ended up being some mediocre cheesecake. The drinks and live music were the only positives. They’d be better off just partnering up with a local food truck."

"PJ AND LAURA was very nice and their costumer service was impeccable. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and appreciated. The food was great, don’t think I’ve ever eaten anything quite like it. It was the lamb shank. I highly recommend going there for dinner with family or alone either way the experience will be unmatched with these two working there."

"Cocktails are amazing here. The decor and atmosphere are great. Pro tip. Best time is during the week around 6 when they have live music without too much people."

"We enjoyed Gumbo, Tempura Shrimp, French Onion Soup, and Mussels. The "small plate" Mussels is an entrée for one person. My fiancé who lived in Louisiana for ten years, knows his Gumbo and said it was fantastic. Kudos to Chef Ryan Tyler and our bartender, Eric, for a wonderful experience! Update.. went again tonight. Enjoyed French Onion Soup again, Ceasar Salad, Grilled Pork Chop, and Lamb Shank. Perfection! Delicious food and always such a wonderful atmosphere!"

"Gershwin’s has a cool old school vibe. From the piano player to the suited up guy singing, it’s a great atmosphere. The guys working here, Trevor, Tim and Nate are true professionals. The food and drinks are outstanding and the bartenders really know how to make great classic cocktails. This was my third time here and they don’t disappoint."
