I received a timely appointment for an oral exam and dental cleaning within 2 weeks of my call; Dr. Romano completed a thorough oral exam and cleaning. I recently had a dental emergency. and I unfortunately never received a follow-up call after leaving a detailed message, not even 2-3 days after I had to have the concern resolved by another dentist. "We were new to the area and did not want a "big box" dentist. Dr. Romano did his own cleanings. He was terrific with my two kids. My husband and I went as well. He was prompt, thorough, and did not recommend a whole ton of unneeded services like you get at those "big box" dental places. He requested our x-rays be transferred over from our last dentist so he could provide continuity of care. All around was a terrific experience. They do not always have someone who answers the phone, as they only have one person up front assisting clients and answering the phone, etc. So leave a message, they do get back to you."
