"We had an appointment at 8:30am and we were called back by a friendly assistant at 8:45am. She took pictures and x-ray for my daughter's orthodontist evaluation. Overall it took 10 minutes which was great. However, we waited over 30 mins to speak with the orthodontist coordinator to go over fees, payments and treatment plan. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to speak with her since she had another patient according to the assistant. I over heard the assistant asking other staff multiple times for the coordinator and she was nowhere to be found. I asked the assistant if we could follow-up with coordinator over the phone and sadly I have not heard anything from the office. It's very unfortunate since I was trying to give the office a chance regardless of bad experiences others have had."
