"A few years ago, I bought a compact Kubota tractor from Culpeper. The purchase experience was excellent. The salesman was laid back, friendly, no pressure. We have loved our tractor. Perfect sized for us. How did we live without it? It got a couple of leaky hoses and I needed new mower deck blades and some fluids and filter. Got almost there and realized I forgot to measure the deck. Was it a 54" or 60"? I asked out front if they had records from years ago... "Yes" and while he was looking up my purchase we had the nicest conversation. Such a warm nice friendly fellow. Then I took the postit with the deck model number on it back to Parts and had another nice conversation there while my hoses were made up. Good people. Thank you!"

"I called Kubota of Culpeper and spoke to John Collier in reference to buying a new lawn tractor / garden tractor. I decided to come see him and what a great, knowledgeable and nice guy he is. I told him basically what I was looking for and asked him for his recommendation. I walked out of there with a new Cub Cadet XT2, 54 inch deck with locking rear differential and I feel great about my purchase. Don't waste time going anywhere else for your purchase. "Had town tractor picked up for 3 fuel related errors codes, engine stalling, and fuel gauge stuck at half full... Quoted repairs for a fuel problems went from "about $3000, but could be closer to $5000 or $6000 if the fuel rails have to be replaced..." then tried to charge $12,000+ without a follow-up phone call... never got a written estimate or gave written approval... when it was finally delivered the stuck fuel gauge wasn't even fixed (brought it back with a gallon of diesel in the tank and the fuel gauge still stuck at half full) after a $12,000 bill for fuel system work. Disappointing. When I called to try and discuss the charges was basically told I was a lier... Will never be using this location again...Rude. Bad communication. Not customer service focused. Charges and work way over what was discussed."

"First time I walked in, one employee was punching away on a computer and no one else was around. I poked about at some stuff for a few minutes thinking "thank the Lord this isn't like a car dealer where you get jumped at the start". Another guy walked up from parts and asked if I needed help just a couple seconds later. After I said I was interested in a Tractor, he said no problem I'll get someone for you. Out walks John and we started a conversation that lasted about an hour. We went from tractors to family to hobbies. Really easy guy to talk to. He asked me what I needed a Tractor for and how I intended to use it on a regular basis. Based on my input, he "talked me up" to an L series from a B2601 since I had no need for a MM PTO. Man, I'm glad he did! The L is incredibly strong even with the same engine as a B. It's got a great field of view and you can load the bucket to the brim without a whimper. So they didn't have any loaders at the time but I wasn't pressed to buy right then. John said he would call when they came in. Couple weeks go by and I thought about calling back to check in. Not an hour later my phone rings. They have some loaders that came in. Excellent follow through! John is smart on the finance end too. He recommended I finance at 0% instead of paying cash or even putting anything down. Free money, right?!? The delivery.... Unfortunately I don't recall the gentleman's name, but he was very nice and on point. He called with a heads up to say he was about 10 minutes away. After dropping the tractor, he asked if I had any questions about it. I explained it was my first "real" tractor and asked for Cliffs Notes. He was in no rush and gave me a run down on starting, stopping, raising, lowering, float, 4x4, diff lock, disconnecting/ attaching the bucket and hydro lines...... the works. I'm very happy with the whole experience at KoC! (First "tractor" in the foreground- a 40 year old Fisher Price)"
