"Food is usually good but service is always slow and most of the employees are rude and just don’t care. They also need to change their hours on here because it says open 24 hours but when we went to grab something at 2am they were closed. Overall this location just sucks"
"This place has gone down hill literally overnight when it was good before. Stop using both of the speakers. You can’t get orders right. You forget straws. Your staff sucks too badly to be able to function with two speakers. They ask you 16 times what your order was and none of the staff talks so it doesn’t even really matter they ask you. Go back to one speaker."
"This McDonald's was very far from the exit, on US 29 N, so we had to go out of our way a little. When we went to order breakfast, we found they were out of sausage patties, which rendered many of the breakfast items useless. Other than that service was good and the restaurant was clean. Coffee was good."
"I have been going to this branch about once or twice a month for more than a year, but a few months ago the service has become terrible. This is the third time this has happened to me, I understand having to wait when there are many people before me, but waiting more than 30 minutes for my food, when I had ordered it in advance (10 minutes to be more exact) is too much for me my, Adding to the fact that the staff seems indifferent and haughty, if they can avoid this branch it would be a great idea, curbside delivery never works as it should."
"Yall this is nasty. I'm not blaming it in the kitchen because maybe this is all they had to work with but the manager needs to not let this happen. I threw it right in the trash and no I didn't go back to get another because I was already home on the outskirts of town."
