"Sales person was great, person reviewing my credit was good but wasn’t impressed with lady that done the paperwork. When I first sat down told her I didn’t want any insurance or extras added and she still tried to add the insurance for in case of death or became disabled. She did this to me once before making me think it was a requirement when it wasn’t and then went through hassle getting it along with other extras off the account. She also was going to charge interest when the sale was interest free financing so had to reduce figures again. She also originally told me first payment wouldn’t be until January and never told me any different until all was signed and gave me card stating payment amount and the 1st payment works be due in just 2 weeks not 6. I realize things might not always work out like expected but being told ahead of time would be nice. She never told my any different on first payment I wouldn’t have known except for looking at the card she gave me I noticed the different due date."

"Called about the price for a tv cabinet I found on another site online they texted me a photo so that we got the correct item and the price so my husband and I went to pay for and order the item. The other furniture store we went to wanted over $400 more for the same thing. The only downside is the wait for a custom order. Very professional and very pleased how everything was handled."

"I am giving them 1 star because we were sold a mattress that was discontinued! Not to mention the fact they messed up all of our paper work and had our mattress purchase under someone else's account. Had to go back in and resign papers. Then we had to call the store back to find out how long it would be for delivery. Much to our surprise that is when we found out the mattress was no longer even available!! Very poor communication between the store and warehouse!!"
