"I have called this cab about 4 times now. The first and second time were very pleasent, a nice lady, on time and resonably priced. However, recently I have talked to and been driven by an old guy, who has been very rude and charged me differently than the other. He has hung up on me multiple times before I could finish my sentence, he was not polite, and seemed like everything he said has an attitude. I will stop calling this cab every time this man answers. He is rude and doesn't deserve my service. Thanks."
"I called earlier in the day (10:25am) to reserve a taxi for 1pm and when 1 came around no one showed . I called to make sure it was still coming and they said it was on its way . 20 mins passed and still no one showed up . Not only am I late for work, I never got a cab or a call about their lateness . If this is what you call good business, I definitely will not continue this service ."
