"I have driven a 2007 Jeep Liberty for years and it has not been sounding "healthy" lately (bouncy, creaking, rattles...so my husband checked it into Bill Long Auto for a "complete physical" and needed repairs (mostly from wear and age). He called within a few hours to advise what was wrong and cost to repair (control arms, ball joints, rotors, pads, drums, shoes, oil change, cooling system leak...) and allowed us to use a significant coupon to reduce (already reasonable) costs when we picked it up the next day. I couldn't believe the difference driving it home! It literally ran like it was brand new!!! My husband has been wanting to get me a new vehicle, but I LOVE THIS JEEP!, and repairs to keep "her" going a few more years is much cheaper than a car payment, huge tax increase and insurance bills. Cost to repair will be justified within a year of fixing it! And we all know they don't make vehicles as durable as they used to! We moved here 3 years ago, and have always taken our vehicles to Bill because we trust him and the small staff is also very nice...They also offer a "car club card" which will save money yearly...and when he tells you how long it will take it is always the truth (unlike others!!!).
