"Recently had an experience at AutoZone where an AutoZone associate unintentionally damaged my windshield. Upon placing a call to the manager, Larry, it was quite clear that the level of professionalism and in consideration was more than genuine. The situation was remedied within days and I remain a consistent and happy customer. My loyalty, however has more to do with their consistent behavior, professionalism and attention to detail. I revisited this location today and my issue was quickly remedied with the help of Larry once again. The prescription is simple...take care of the customer. I remain a loyal customer because Larry and his staff make me feel like I belong in that store. And that is the defining factor as to why I've been a loyal customer for over 7 years.
