"They saved my day. I was traveling with my family and my engine light went on. I was able to make it to Charlie's after another repairshop declined to help because of staff shortage. He ran a diagnosis and we checked the sparks and coils. By the way, he told me 3 out of 4 people at his shop are on vacation... He thought it is probably one of the coils. He could order it and we could wait an hour until delivery or we could go to a parts shop down the road. I decided to go to Auto Zone and you know what, this guy was so kind to look up their stock and made a recommendation which one to buy AND didn't charged me anything!!! I gave him some Money for his help either, unfortunately, he is not near the place I life. After changing the coil, the car was running smoothly and we were able to reach our destination to start a wonderful weekend."
