"Their cooler is always half empty, they never have my cigarettes and it's either cash only or their system is down! This is the worst 711 in the area hands down it's always something with this location! Go to the Bayview 711 don't waste your time coming here!"

"I managed 3 different 7-Eleven stores over the course of 16 years and it pains me to say that this one is in rough shape. My boyfriend and I stopped on our way through ,he went in and a couple of minutes later he came back to the car and asked me to come I side. The young lady that was working was on her third week of employment, she was very polite and sweet. My boyfriend asked me to come inside because the fountain machine was stopped up and leaking everywhere from underneath into the cabinet and all over the floor, God love her she was working her 3 to 11shift alone they were not terribly busy per se but she had a steady stream coming through the door she was doing her best to clean up the area and handle to customers, I offered to give her a hand with the fountain machine so she could focus on her customers. I got the cabinet cleaned up,the floor mopped up and cones set up for safety. She said they were under new management which based on older reviews I just read looks like it might be a common thing there. What bothered me the most was the young lady didn't have anyone that was employed there to guide her. She didn't know if it was a corporate store or franchise. Where was this new management? I was more than happy to lend a helping hand which she did not ask for I offered and did. That store is in a decent location and has great potential under the right leadership. I left the young lady with my contact info just in case it could be useful to her and because she was alone I did ask if she knew where her silent alarm buttons were and if they had the personal devices as well and if she knew how to use them if she had to, which she did, inasked because I was concerned for her safety and it is one of those things I have seen overlooked in the training process. If you would like to bring that location to its full potential or even increase your sales and customer count higher than it is at now I would be more than happy to send you my resume. Feel free to respond to this review if you're interested. At the very least I would ask that someone follow up and offer help or support to this staff. (The cold case was also out of order and there was something going on with the air conditioning as well). I also would like to commend the young lady there working, she was absolutely dpimg the best she could woth the situation she had been put in and conducted herself in a very professional manner."

"I got picked up this morning in cab #179. I asked to stop at the 7-11 since it’s on the way to work. Very unprofessional and rude to ask a customer you have never met before to do them a “favor” and get them cash/change from in the store. I declined and he got emotional. He could have went to the bank on his own time or gotten out of the vehicle himself to do so. I am a customer not a buddy."
