"My first time at this location and the shop was under staffed so I waited 15 minutes to receive my coffee. I ordered a cafe au lait which is drip coffee and steamed milk. What I received was a coffee with just milk? In that case I should have just gotten a regular coffee and added creamer myself. I also witnessed someone order a large macchiato? This place is not for coffee lovers but the food and juice look good so I may be back for something else. Would not recommend to anyone looking for good coffee. UPDATE: one year later and my best friend who worked here briefly showed me that their pressed juices come from Walmart."

"On a Sunday, 9:30am, there was no supervisors or manager who had the capability to do refunds after waiting for 30 minutes for food. I left at 10:09. They offered to take my phone number so the mngr can call me to do a refund , but that was unsatisfactory. So I had to wait. I was late to my event, my sugar was low. To have a staff with no manager or elevated status of efficiency does not give staff a happy place to work. As an owner please take care of your staff. Train them well, and once they never leave the ship. Food is always great and so is the atmosphere, but after waiting that long it becomes a place I wouldn’t want to risk my schedule with. Mngmt, ownership - do better."

"First time in here and I'm super impressed! Coffee was excellent, selection huge, prices comparable to Starbucks, and quality amazing. All those things are awesome but what really got me was the people working there. Knowledgeable about their products and super friendly! The barista offered to make my girls (6,8) an iced drink minus the coffee and it turned out awesome! Now I'm in trouble because the kids loved it! My cold brew was excellent! Super smooth and creamy. I actually double checked to make sure there was no dairy in it. That's how creamy it tasted! We didn't have anything but the drinks this time. If the drinks are this good I don't image anything on the menu would be bad! We'll be back!"

"For a cozy, unassuming space, this place has a surprising variety of food and drink options. The usual menu of espresso drinks is available, but the nitro brew selection is what truly stands out (my favorite is the brown sugar vanilla latte). The juice blends are delicious and not overly sweetened. The food menu consists primarily of well-crafted, healthy but reasonably filling meals with vegetarian options. The warm bowls are heavily spiced with a diverse assortment of flavor profiles, and take some time to prepare, but are worth the wait. The owner and staff members are accommodating and knowledgeable about their menu, and the care they put into their work shows. Town Center Cold Pressed is a perfect spot for a revitalizing drink after working out, or to spend time with friends over a meal that leaves you satisfied but not full to bursting."
