Her actions and the overall friendly and helpful atmosphere at this business makes me convinced to try their services again in the future and to recommend them to others. ______ My wait was much longer than anticipated; however Joanne assured me that it was the result of unforeseen circumstances. Kathy I took my car there for an inspection & oil change. I was told it would take one hour & I waited over 2 hrs, The installation of two new tires and tire balancing took over 4 hours."

"This is a fantastic family-owned car care. I had an issue with my car, that had been going on and off for 2 years. There was an issue in which a part needed to fix my car was on heavy back order. Davis Car Care spent every day calling as many dealerships in America as they could trying to track down the part. Eventually, they found the part, and it fixed my car. I have not had any issues since, and my car drives great. Davis Car Care does an excellent job correctly diagnosing problems, providing you with an explanation, giving you a fair quote, and getting the work done in a timely manner. Their employees are extremely friendly. Davis Car Care doesn't just care about cars, they care about you!"

"Alexa and Joanne took care of me this past week. I was in need of a vehicle inspection, and Alexa was able to schedule me into an appointment this past Saturday. Even though it was slotted for an hour, the team was able to complete all required work within 37 minutes. I waited as well, and there is free WiFi in the designated waiting area that is dressed rather nicely with water and coffee provided. Davis Car Care & Tire Center is a hidden gem for the Virginia Beach area and provides a mom & pop type of setting that lets you know and feel you’re going to be fine. Highly recommend giving them a call and bringing your vehicle in for service. They’ll take care of you."

"I have had my vehicles both my personal, my work vehicle, and wife’s car serviced by Davis Car Care for over 6 years. This is the only place I feel confident to go too! Joanna and her staff are amazing and thorough when it comes to doing any job from a simple oil change to replacingmy breaks or a thermostat in my truck. When anyone asks my opinion for a good mechanic place I tell them go to Davis Car Care. One time I was driving out of state for work, when my check engine light went on, I panicked and went to local shop for a temporary fix. I called and left a message for Joanne. She called me right back and told me to come in for a small inspection in my truck, I even sent her the codes from the check engine light. She got me in on the next day in when I got home and did not charge me. Joanne really cares about her customers and when I see her and her voice I know things will be taking care of.
