"Stopped in the store and bought a product. No one was available to help. The product ended up not working. I asked if it stopped by if they could help me real quick cause I think it might work but for some reason not for me. The person that answered was very short and stated can’t help you. Since I opened the product I was told that I can’t return it. This store sucks. Will go back to advance auto"

"The store associates could use some customer service training. We were provided with the wrong information and almost spent money on something that wasn't going to fit the vehicle. Glad we decided to wait and investigate further. I would recommend that if the associate doesn't know an answer that they simply state that. Customers are banking on your knowledge but if you aren't sure don't just try to sell something. Thisbslight change could be helpful for the future."

"I took my battery in to be replaced. Turned out that it had a lot of corrosion and leaked acid. Jay was kind enough to clean it up and fix the battery wire, which was also covered in acid. If he had not been kind enough to help us out, we would have had to take it somewhere else and pay a lot of money. Very nice guy and very accommodating. Jay went above and beyond. You don't see many people these days willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!"

"I just had a really great experience!!!!! The manager, Kenneth, was very pleasant. (I hope I didn’t get his name wrong, he was so nice) and so was the rest of the staff. I never have a problem at this store and it’s the only one I go to. Thank you so much for the stellar service. Especially the manager - he’s very customer service oriented - greeted me upon entry and handled my return (nothing wrong with product, didn’t need anymore) very expediently. I even just saw him walk to a customers car with her to help bring something back in.. for real. What a solid guy :) thanks again."

Pricing isn't bad, and the staff is very friendly. Very knowledgeable, with tips and advice on nearly any project. As a Mobile mechanic, I'm always making nonstop trips to parts stores, and this place is one of my favorites. They always greet me with respect and courtesy, always give me the right part, and usually have it in stock. Highly recommended any time you need parts for your car."
