"We purchased a vehicle on January 5th, 2024, January 8th we started hearing humming coming from underneath the hood. January 10th, severe leak of fluids underneath the hood. & steam coming from the hood of the vehicle. Turned the car off for approx. 20 minutes waiting for the tow truck to come get the vehicle & it was still smoking from the hood. The pros so far; is that they have sent a tow truck right away to pick the car up & diagnose the issue, the issue is that there is a leak in the radiator. & they have agreed too fixing the problem. The cons: is that their communication sucks! In my opinion. When my bf purchased this 2010 Nissan suv. I was already skeptical because of the reviews. I had told my bf we could wait it out a few more weeks before we just rushed into getting something we didn't really want. But the ultimate decision was his. We sat there, giving it some thought. When Rick came over putting the pressure on someone to take the deal. Saying he would give us a year warranty instead of 6 months. Eventually we felt this could either go one or two ways. It could be a great deal, or something we'd have to learn from. & right now it's looking like something we have to learn from. I understand cars are man made, & nothing is perfect. But this is inconvenient & puts us back at square one. Temporarily. When we called to explain the issue, too Rick the one who came over pressuring us to make the deal. He rushed us off the phone & told us it was Rays deal. & he would get him. But if that were the case you should've never put your two sense into the deal in the first place. When we got on the phone with Ray. His response was let me get my manager. I feel like dealing with any business. There should be a level of trust created. & here I just feel so uncomfortable even spending my money with them. No matter how desperate I may seem, I will wait it out to get something that's not gonna cause me MORE issues. Come on. NOT EVEN A WEEK BRO. I will always trust my gut moving forward. What's going to be next? You just have to wonder. I'll be happy to keep updating this process. I may come back later to eat my words & give them the credit for making the situation right, but right now this is what it is. Feels like some bs."
