"This location on Holland road is top notch! We had my daughters car towed there with a flat tire at 6:40pm (they close at 6pm). But the team was still there finishing a few things. So they allowed me to check her vehicle in and prepay so we could simply come get it the next day, and they were very friendly. The following day they called 30 minutes after they opened, vehicle was ready. Great staff, great service!!"

"Excellent customer service. I came in for tires and an alignment, not expecting to get it all handled same day (and a little hesitant about the cost of new tires). Not only did I get it all handled same day, I also got lucky and got better slightly used tires at a much cheaper price than I had anticipated (even got new windshield wiper blades with the money I saved!). "This was my first time at this shop and my experience was great! I did have an appointment & my wait time was right on the money quoted! Which was a first EVER at any auto shop lol! (I had homework to do so I was well prepared if I had to wait longer!) When they called my name, I was shock it was ready in time. The person who put the tires on name was Luke. He was nice, professional, and kind! The inside and the bathrooms was clean as well as the outside area. I was checked out by Cody, who was also nice. I've had the tires on for about a week now, & so far so good! I normally take my car to the dealership, but decided to give Discount Tire on Holland Rd a try.
