"Took my Jeep in for an inspection and oil change surprisingly was able to get in next day thanks to the wonderful Miranda. Everything went smoothly with the inspection but I noticed my radio/back up camera didn’t work at pickup so Protime replaced my radio at no charge. Idk if my radio just stopped working or it was something different but they replaced without question stating it happened on their lot. They offer military discount and are very friendly. 4 stars due to the mechanic who worked on my car left black oil hand prints throughout the interior of my car where he touched to do the service. Other than that I would highly recommend this auto repair shop."

"They failed my state inspection for a tiny chip, the size of a pencil eraser, in my side view mirror. That chip has been there for 10 years and never mentioned in a state inspection including at this same location. Then they wanted $500 to replace it. Needless to say, I declined and did it myself for $35 in 15 minutes. The only reason I give them 2 stars is their means of communication is quite convenient and detailed."
