"I’ve heard about MAD SUV, a lot of good things! In short…YES. It’s true, Matt Beach and his crew are top notch true professionals. Had taken in a vehicle for heating issues, they listened and wrote notes down. They troubleshot and gave options on what route to take and the risks involved. We spoke and we came up with a plan forward. They were very easy to deal with, I never got a negative vibe. The maintenance was done and turned out in my/our favor……no one wanted to deal with a heater core replacement. Very transparent on information and pricing. Dropped the vehicle mid morning and had a call around 5 letting me know it’s good to go, gave me a brief on what was found. Very good service! From the start just walking in, Amber was very nice in starting the process and giving me updates to Matt giving me a call on what the deal was, details they encountered, and what recommendations for the future.
