Their rigid insistence on a complete, costly exhaust system replacement felt unnecessary and financially inconsiderate. I had the issue fixed with a considerably cheaper patch job at a muffler shop. Afterward, my car passed inspection at Tire Choice. Despite the initial speed and honesty, their lack of cost-effective flexibility resulted in a three-star rating."

JB showed me what he was doing at every step, not that it was expected but I was waiting anyway and impressed with his knowledge and skill. Jennifer greeted me with a smile and my mechanic JB was just as friendly. I was able to use their Wi-Fi & watch tv in a nice clean comfortable air conditioned area while I waited with my daughter. I did get rejected for my inspection but they immediately sought out the most safe and economical option to get me back on the road. They got me in and out, and was just a blessing to us overall.
