Foot Locker

"I hated the customer service I came to foot locker at least 4 times. A woman black woman with glasses I asked her if she had a size 11 for a toddler pink Nike shoe and she was like where did you get it from and I was like from the shoe shelf after that she just looked at me like what!?!?! When she was in the back I said can you get me this shoe she responded me with WHAT, what do you need she looked as if I asked her to do a lot like come on. After she faced me the box and went to the back and did not come for at least for an 12 min I asked a male staff and another woman they were nice enough to give it to me hand . She is the rudest person that I have ever seen and her customer service is so bad I mean BAD."

"A woman black women with redish hair was extremely rude to me evrything that i ask she didn’t want to help at all i ask a size of shoes she told me she don’t have it i ask another types of shoes size she told she dont have it then a another woman comes to and she told me they have it so what the hell was that ? Remember the black woman with red hair was extremely unprofessional and rude. extremely rude to me. since im the son of the owner."

"If i could give 0 stars i would. Package never received and i feel like they penalize the customer. Who wants to wait 8 days while you look into it…then potentially issue a refund which take more time. Not knowing if The items were needed for a special occasion. Customer service is horrible and seemed not too concerned and discouraging as far as alternatives go. No more footlocker for me!"
