"After waiting in the Drive-Thru line for pharmacy for 27 minutes I reach the drop off q only for the tech to tell me they can't take my prescription I have to get back in line one or come inside. They should have had a sign outside stating that. I'm on my lunch and can't waste any more time."

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Prescriptions get called in and when it's time for a refill they always say it's not available. I swear someone is stealing Prescriptions. This has never happened until we switched to them. Been on the same Prescription for 13 years and not once had an issue. They are rude and play around all the time. Someone needs to help this location before something bad happens to a customer and their medications. This is people's health your playing with."

"By far the worst pharmacy. I’m not sure that anyone there knows what’s going on. If you call you’re on hold for at least 30 minutes. When you do get someone they’re always rude. Tell you they’ll call when your prescription is in, but don’t. And then sometimes tell you to keep calling to check on it, yet when you call they’re mad. If you go into the pharmacy the line is always long as well because people that wait in line for 30 min get up there to be told meds aren’t ready. If you didn’t know CVS was a national chain you would assume they are just starting out. Like get it together!!"

"Got notified both of my prescriptions are ready. Then was told that they only have one, the pharmacist wasn’t even aware there were supposed to be two, when I asked why isn’t it ready, said it’s because they are running short on that medication and can fill it in in the next couple of days if I want to come back.. when I asked if she could check if other locations have it in stock and transfer it, she got flustered then said “actually let me double check.. we actually do have it” and filled it. Not sure but seems like it’s been like this time… Lazy staff unwilling to help people and do their job!"

"Perhaps the worst pharmacy in the area. The pharmacy team has no interest in doing anything other than discussing what shifts they are working. Orders are never filled on time, I am often told that an order will be ready within a half hour time window. When I go to pickup, though, I am told the medicine was never available and will not be able to be filled that day. I recommend avoiding unless there is an absolute need to use this location."
