"Unbeknownst to me, this store put the wrong clearance tag on a piece of apparel and I purchased it. The ended up not fitting so I wanted to return it. Upon return, I was told the clearance tag and original tag numbers don’t match and the return was not possible. Even the manager told me I can’t return the item because the numbers don’t match. I asked why am I being penalized for the mistake the store made (not just one but two mistakes, attaching the wrong tag and selling it to me with the wrong tag). The sales consultant and manager kept saying “because the numbers don’t match”. I repeated my question again, and finally the manager said “just do the return” to the sales consultant. The sales consultant said “well I’m putting your name on this return “. I received my refund but didn’t receive any “sorry for our mistake” or “sorry for the inconvenience “. Both the sales consultant and manager need to do better. Marshall’s needs to do better."
"A lot to choose from but the cashiers here are typically very slow. Kind but very slow. The lines are very long and I've seen 3 people leave their things and walk away."

"I want to say thank you so much to the extremely kind manager here. There was a situation here that I was involved in where the manager had to ask another customer to leave the premises on my behalf. She and another staff member handled it so well and the manager was incredibly kind, empathetic, and supportive. My husband went back in to provide more information while I waited in the car and he had just as great of an experience with her and other staff members. You are all a great team. Thank you for everything today!"
"Short staffed but found a sweet Cuisinart 1.5qt saucepan for $17 that retails for ~$35-40. Far better than Ross or TJ maxx ."
