"The first time that I went in the store, I had the best experience probably ever for a buy sell trade store. I explained to the women working I had a lot more items I just didn’t know what they were looking for! My payout made sense, for NWT items that are their most sought after brands (Free People, Madewell, Northface, Kate Spade) I’ve gone in three times since, & each time has gotten worse and worse. And this will be the LAST time. I brought in brand new UGGS, ALL brand new with tags - a North Face jacket, free people bodysuit, Kate spade crossbody, wallet, 2 pairs of Adidas Sneakers (just came out) Brand new Jordan’s, and other items. When asked what they took, I saw the uggs and requested those back, I asked what else, they said a jacket, a wallet, a dress, and a pairs of shoes. They offered me $40…. I got back to my car, the BNWT northface, 2 pairs of adidas shoes, and a brand new Kate spade bag and a wallet weren’t in my bag. The math… is NOT mathing. $40 dollars!? Also - I heard the girls gossiping about others which is SO unprofessional. I’ll never go back to this store ever. Worst experience I’ve ever had."

I pieced together a Halloween outift this year last minute, the girl helped me piece together some things, and when none of the clothes worked for me, she helped me pick out the perfect accessories that would go with something i already had at home. I wish Inwouldve caught her name, she has the perfect attitude for the job!"
"I go often with my girls. We always find a good selection & the items are organized well. The dressing rooms are clean & the separating walls go all the way down to the floor. (I'm sure you've seen videos of creeps that take photos/videos of people in dressing rooms where the partition doesn't go to the floor. - not here) The staff is always friendly & helpful."
