Old Navy

"Let me start by saying that all of the employees were super kind, and kept things well stocked and neat. I love old Navy and will continue to shop there, but have to post some honest truth in hopes that management will see this. I am a former special education teacher, and a mom to a newborn baby. In attempting to enter the store with my stroller and navigate around the store, it became apparent immediately that this store is not ADA accessible. No door assist option, and extremely crammed walkways and paths through wardrobe racks. Even the checkout line-- I watched many people have to squeeze around each other and God forbid you have a cart or stroller. Just a heads up when attempting to access this store and a request for reconsideration from management. You have a great store and staff-- make it so everyone can access and enjoy it!"

"I placed an order on line. I received someone else's order. When I returned the order at the Old Navy in Chesterfield, VA, I was able to find most of the items I had ordered on line at the store but not all. When I got home the security tag was still on one of the items, hence another trip to the store that I did not plan on. This experience with Old Navy is not the norm, but needless to say I feel that I should be compensated in some way. I was very disappointed."

"Lazy, unfriendly associate in the dressing room. Can’t even crack a smile when you enter, or say hello. If you don’t like customer service, then don’t get a job in customer service. They saw a line building up in the front towards closing about four or five customers and they must be trained in a cash register, the heavy set woman from the dressing room punch up something on the register but did not bother hopping on so that customers aren’t waiting. They also don’t acknowledge you when you leave. This store has gone down in service in the last 10 years and management doesn’t seem to care about any of these bad reviews. They’re employing to show inclusion and not hiring based on skill and customer service. This will be the next store to close down on this plaza. The Old Navy a Chesterfield town center has a completely different vibe just based on customer service!"

"We filled up two bags with clothes to purchase but when I scanned one of the items on the app it came up significantly less expensive. I went to ask the lady at the front if they would honor the sales price online. Everything in the store is 40% off online right now. She told me they would not do it with large orders. I told her that I felt bad because we just tried everything on and I had a lot of stuff but I’m not going to pay more for it (especially when I can pick to pick it up there while purchasing online). She told me they did not want her doing larger orders which that’s fine if true. As I walked away she said “sucks for you”. I didn’t even bother to say anything because I’m sure she didn’t mean for me to hear her say it. The thing is when you do something like that it will come back to you. I ended up buying some stuff while there and it’s all time stamped. There’s plenty of cameras to verify everything in this post is true."
