"Today (8/29/2023) at around 8 am, I stopped at this location as I do almost every morning to pick up my online order. Usually when I pick up a online order, especially when I get more than one drink, my stuff is put into a carrier and placed into a bag for easy pick up and go. This particular order I got 2 coffees and a sandwich. When I arrived at the store there is a lady that stands in front of the orders and directs them to the customers. I said my order name and she, who's name is LATONYA, rudely points and says right there. She points to my food sitting on the counter. I asked if I can have a carrier and she points to the table beside her and says, "they right there". At this same moment a lady behind me came to grab her online order as well that was already placed in a carrier. (she also had 2 drinks) I asked LATONYA why my online order wasn't also placed in a carrier, she rudely responds, "well she asked for it" I responded and said well when I asked you pointed to the table and said "they right there" instead of just assisting me like you did the other customer when she asked. She then proceeds to stare me down with the nastiest additude. I never once was disrespectful to LATONYA, only questioning why I wasn't getting the same treatment as the other customers. I then asked for her name which of course she just pointed to her apron and said, "its right here". I then went to the lady at the register and told her that LATONYA was very rude and disrespectful. LATONYA just sat there and laughed. The cashier apologized on her behalf, and as I walk out I was taunted by LATONYA who laughed and said, "she really thought that was going to do something" Well this is me doing something. She has the demeanor of someone who should be working at McDonalds. Not at an establishment known for their bright smiles and amazing customer service. I did not need all that negativity at 8 am over me asking for a carrier for my drinks. The manager is out on vacation and the shift lead Courtney took my complaint and was very apologetic on LATONYAS behalf, but the only person that owed me an apology for her nasty attitude was LATONYA. She is not a good look for this company and I'm sure I am not the only one she's treated with such disrespect, just the only one who had time to do something about it."

"I was here on St. Patricks Day for a meeting in the area. The store was super clean and fresh and had really cute St. Patrick's Day decorations. Service was very fast with no delay despite the fact I could see they had many "call before" orders. People were coming in and grabbing coffees and eats while I was there, yet my order was out in less than 3 minutes! Staff were friendly, cheerful and clearly engage well with their locals yet I was also greeted with a smile and chat despite it being my first time there. I love that! Starbucks did well hiring here! My coffee was delicious and hit the spot and my food was yum. I'd come here again if I am in that area again!"

"I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. This is my local Starbucks and I’ve been coming consistently for years. The team here are some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered. They greet you with a smile the moment you walk in and the atmosphere they create is lively. And they’re funny too! They often joke around with you and are just genuinely great to be around, making you feel welcome. I am always so impressed by their enthusiasm and the interactions always boost my mood and start my day off great. This is really the value of a good local coffee shop. Many people can make good coffee, but people that can do that AND put you in a good mood AND get you motivated for your day are what keep you coming back. I am SHOCKED to see a single bad review below. I am in about twice a month so I don’t think they necessarily recognize me (especially during this mask era), which lets me know that they treat all of their customers this way. Food and drinks are always just right and they’re quick and helpful. I wish I could remember the names of everyone I’ve been served by over the years to mention them here but I can’t, so I will give a shout-out to Fran who I always see, and who is always working hard."

"Not as clean as most Starbucks I have been too. we sat outside, and got to enjoy (not) the smoke from two other guests who were sat in plain sight of the staff, I guess they don't get paid enough to enforce the rules and would rather chat to each other"
