"Once you leave with something you are on your own. I bought a log splitter and when I couldn’t figure out how to assemble I went back and ask what I was doing wrong. Their answer was “I don’t know we have a guy that puts them together” when ask when he would be there I was told “he just comes and goes so we don’t know”. They where supposed to have him call me and nothing."
