"IDK What's happened to this store. It's like they've done a complete 180 when it comes to taking care of the customers. I've been making 2-3 special trips a month for the past 3 months waiting on a Bauer right angle drill to come in. Every time I spoke with an employee they all said the same thing "the truck will be In, in a couple of days". So I've done this for 3 months and finally I got tired of the run around and was like what's the deal and made her look up the item. Come to find out , they hadn't had that particular drill on their shelves since November of 2022. I couldn't believe that every employee kept telling me to come back when the the truck arrives for nothing. They wouldn't even make a call to have more shipped to the store, all they would do is tell which stores besides them had it in stock and wouldn't even try to have it shipped from the other stores. Told me I'd have to go get it. So I said since they obviously wouldn't be getting anymore of them , would they just sell me the display.? Get this, they said they couldn't since it wasn't a clearance item. They used to really try and help the customer. Now the! Seem to not care less if anyone ever shows up so it'll be a very long time if I ever buy anything there again."

"Cashier refused to ring up our coupon, despite it being on their website and salespaper. We asked beforehand and after, and were still refused the free bucket. Our first transaction was $40 and she never offered the product. The 2nd transaction was over $80. We spoke up and she said it was only for transactions over $30 or $15 for club members. We went out to the car to double check the sales ad and then went back in to show the cashier. She said we would have to go through and return both transactions and then repurchase the items to get the buckets."

"Love having a Harbor Freight nearby; not too close or I would be there all the time. You can find a number of great, long lasting power and hand tools here amidst a bunch of cheap stuff you're better off not buying."

"Love the wide selection of things they have. Thought I'd be bored walking in with my boyfriend but by the end of the first aisle I was looking longer and at more products than he was! But then again, he knew exactly what he was looking for and had no trouble finding it at all. He had a few to choose from as well. It was a great experience and I will be returning."
