"Terrible Experience. I spoke with Mary the Office Manager on Friday March 10th 2023 when I called to asked if they did upholstery repairs and replacement of parts. She replied, Yes we do. I said Great and I then asked if she could have someone come out to our home to replace a broken spring in our Couch. She said absolutely. Friday they were too busy with deliveries to come out and measure the spring for replacement and too give a quote. I was told to call back on Monday March 13th 2023 and she would be able to give me a time in which someone would be be able come out and do the quote. I just got off the phone with Mary after an almost 10 Min hold on the phone, to be told that their upholstery guy said he wasn't able to replace One spring and that they couldn't do it. Imagine someone calling themselves an Upholster and not being able to replace one spring. I would do it myself but I'm partially Disabled. Mary was very Rude on top of it and acted very unprofessional afterwards. I would absolutely not purchase anything from this company or have any business dealings with them whatsoever, if I was a potential customer looking for Furniture or any Upholstery Work. Truly Unprofessional, Obviously not Skilled or Knowledgeable enough in the trade of Upholstery to Professionally be able to repair any piece of Furniture."

"Liked the show floor furniture and rugs pillows and the wall of choice of fabric for rugs and chair restorations etc wow that's really a lot but it was a bit higher than I expected but it's a good place to be one on one with the designer and owner too"
